Academic Programs and Services (UAPS) is an
administrative unit providing staff
support to the Vice President for Academic
Affairs. Its primary responsibilities pertain
to maintaining a liaison role with the Illinois
Board of Higher Education (IBHE), particularly
in the areas of academic program matters, and
IBHE grant processing.
The office staff advises academic units and the
offices of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs on the three campuses in
the development of new programs for presentation to the Board of Trustees and
the Illinois Board of Higher Education. The office coordinates and advises
campus units in other submissions to the IBHE, including annual program
reviews, statewide surveys, grant proposals, performance/results reports and student assessment. |
